1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using EML Scanner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use EML Scanner, subject to these Terms and applicable laws. The number of permitted device activations depends on your selected plan as specified at the time of purchase (e.g., 3 devices for Lifetime, 8 devices for Monthly). You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works
  • Share your license key with others
  • Attempt to circumvent licensing or security features

3. Free Trial

All plans include a 7-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to activate the trial. After 7 days, your subscription will activate and you will be charged according to your selected plan. You may cancel anytime before the trial ends.

4. Payment Terms

Monthly Plan: Charged monthly. Subscription can be cancelled anytime.

Lifetime Plan: One-time payment provides lifetime access and updates.

5. Disclaimers

EML Scanner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the application will detect all phishing emails or scams. While we strive for accuracy, email security is complex and no tool is 100% effective. EML Scanner should be used as one layer of defense, not as a sole security measure.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the application, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. System Requirements

EML Scanner requires Windows 10 or Windows 11. We are not responsible for compatibility issues with unsupported operating systems.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the application ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
