Our Refund Policy

We the EML Scanner Team, stand behind the quality of our product. We offer a straightforward refund policy designed to protect our customers while ensuring honest use of our service.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase a Lifetime License and are not satisfied with EML Scanner within 30 days of purchase, we will refund your money in full, no questions asked. This applies to the first purchase only.

  • Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@emlscanner.com with your license key
  2. Include the date of purchase and reason for refund
  3. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago
  • Duplicate purchases (contact support to transfer your license)
  • Refund requests due to incompatible system requirements
  • License keys purchased from unauthorized resellers
  • Purchases where the license was not activated or used
