Merchant of Record
All payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments handles transactions, billing, invoices, taxes, refunds, and disputes on our behalf. By completing a purchase you also agree to Dodo Payments' buyer terms, available at dodopayments.com/buyer-terms.
Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. You retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial months already billed.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You were charged in error or charged twice for the same period
- A technical failure on our end prevented you from using the Service and we were unable to resolve it
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We do not issue refunds for change of mind or unused scan allowances within a billing period.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@emlscanner.com with the following:
- The email address used to purchase
- Date of the charge
- Description of the issue
Our team will respond within 2 business days. If approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.
Disputes and Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved faster through direct contact. Chargebacks raised without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
